Present Levels of Academic, Developmental, and Functional
Performance Needs screen:
The Present Levels of Academic, Developmental, and Functional
Performance Needs screen addresses 7 areas as
required by IDEA they include; Present Levels of Academic,
Developmental, and Functional Performance Needs,
Consideration of Communication and Language Needs, Consideration of
Parent Information and Student Strengths, Consideration of Evaluation
Results, Consideration of Behavioral Needs, Consideration of Visual
Impairment Needs, Transition Needs, Student Strengths, Interests and
Preferences. The user types a personalized
statement however, it can be copied and pasted from another document
and it includes a SPELL CHECKER.

Goals & Objectives screen:
Select and individually edit appropriate GOALS AND OBJECTIVES from
the IEP PlaNET database of over 8,000 behaviorally written measurable
statements.
Transition Service – General screen:
Develop appropriate and comprehensive TRANSITION PLANS detailing
Transition Needs, Post-Secondary Transitional Goal/s, Course of
Study, Related Strategies and/or Activities, Consultation Services
and Interagency Linkages and Responsible agencies.
Transition Services screen:
Develop appropriate and comprehensive TRANSITION PLANS detailing
transition needs in the following areas; Instruction, Community
Experiences/Living, Post School Adult Living and Employment, and Daily
Living and Vocational Evaluation.
Modification screen:
Develop appropriate and comprehensive recommendations for
Modifications for Aids & Services in the Special Education
Classroom, Regular Education Classroom, In Extracurricular and
NonAcademic Activities, and Supports for School Personnel.
