IEP PlaNET^TM System Components

IEP PlaNET^TM is designed to be used as a web based application, accessed through a web browser on a computer with Internet access.

• IEP PlaNET^TM Program User’s manual
• IEP PlaNET^TM on-line support request program
• IEP PlaNET^TM Compendium of Educational and Behavioral Goals and Objectives
• IEP PlaNET^TM Workshops and Software Training
• IEP PlaNET^TM Yearly Maintenance contract including;
  o Unlimited Telephone and on-line support (to designated district representatives)
  o System updates (includes most updates to comply with IDEA/State Administrative Code changes)

Hardware Requirements (Internet connection); (contact us for the most recent versions)

• PC Computer – 500mghz processor or higher, Pentium II minimum; 256mg memory minimum
• MAC Intel or PowerPC processor 500mghz or higher, 256mg memory minimum
• Operating Systems; Windows XP SP1, SP2 and higher, MAC Firefox 9.xx or higher
• Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher and Firefox 3.xx or higher for MAC
• Monitor/Graphics combo, capable of producing at least 800x600 resolution and recommend 1024x768 resolution may be beneficial
• Any laser, color laser or inkjet printer
• Internet connection; the best performance will be achieved by using a dedicated, broadband Internet connection; for a district, T-1 or higher, for individuals a cable or DSL connection.

Pricing

Pricing is basically dependent on Special Education population, IEP PlaNET^TM users and training needs of the district. Individual cost proposals will be provided by VMC upon request.
